Mr. M N Rao is an M.Tech from BITS, Pilani. Prior to this assignment as the Advisor and Director of Information Technology to Government of Goa, he was with Government of Andra Pradesh. During his tenure with the Government of Andra Pradesh, he had played a key role in implementation of e-seva in twin cities of Hyderabad and Secunderabad and replicated and replicated in the entire state of Andhra Pradesh after its success in twin cities. He has also played a key role in making more than 4000 employees within the Secretariat of the State of Andhra Pradesh as Computer Literates and ensured the success of computerization of Andra Pradesh Secretariat. |
